Genomics

The genomics facility at SLS offers researchers with state of the art technologies in the field of genomics and high throughput diagnostics. The facility is available to academia, industry and commercial units both within India and abroad. The facility can be utilized for genome wide studies involving DNA sequencing, genotyping and gene expression studies. The center is equipped with Digital and real time PCR, Sanger sequencer, Next generation sequencing (Ion Platforms) and Microarray Scanner (Agilent Technologies) to undertake advanced genomic, epigenomic and gene expression studies.
