The equipment can analyse the spectral response of photodetectors in IR, visible and UV regions. The setup includes the following : Monochromator Model: HOLMARC ® HO-SP-SQR500F Scanning Spectrometer/ Monochromator, PMT: R2949, Wavelength range: 190-1500nm, Lamp: Xenon Arc ozone free lamp SQP-SX1508, Wattage: 150W, Wavelength range: 200-2500nm. Optical chopper: 230V/50Hz, Digital oscilloscope: TBS 1102B Tektronix, Funded by : DAE-BRNS GOVT. of India & MAHE
