Solid State Fermentor

The fermentor reactor has a volume of 10 litres with working capacity for 5 litres of wet solids. Reactor can be sterilized by steam, the reactor agitator speeds in the range of 2-20 rpm and sterile  air flow is also provided. Panel displays Air flow, Humidity and RPM. Peristaltic pump is provided for inoculum addition, sampling port for solid sample removal. Various types of powdered solids such as wheat bran, rice husk can be utilized as substrates for the production of bioproducts such as enzymes from fungal/bacterial fermentation.
