Centre for Supply Chain Education and Research was launched on 1st February 2016 with the following objectives;
- To develop and deliver focused education programs across sectors specific in Supply Chain Management
- To identify and encourage joint research initiatives
- To Bridge the gap between Academia and Industry
INDUSTRIAL NEED AND OUTCOME:
This centre is designed to suit the requirements of all the stakeholders involved in Supply Chain Management operational activities like procurement, production planning, logistics planning and sales & distribution planning, and strategic activities like vendor selection and management, Supply Chain Management network optimization, and product/process re-design for Supply Chain Management. This centre aims at providing with a mastery of supply chain management best practices and distinguishes as an industry expert with specialized, high-level knowledge and skills.
