• Developing evidence synthesis methods based on Clinical and Disease Epidemiology of the world's most prevalent, most heterogeneous, and phenotypically least understood diseases using their epidemiological, clinical, and safety outcomes
• Developing frameworks for integrating disparate patient level and summary level big data of health, easing the stratification of heterogeneous chronic diseases, estimation or prediction of disease onset, progression and therapeutic effects induced by modern (combination) treatment regimens
