• Muktesh award for the best paper in Audiology – ‘Contralateral sudden hearing loss in post operative acoustic neuroma – an engima’ presented at Annual Convention of the Indian Speech and Hearing Association held in Mumbai in January 2001.

• Best paper award at TAN-ISHACON 2015, Kanyakumari, for the scientific paper titled “Voice restoration option using electrolarynx in total laryngopharyngoesophagectomy (TLPE) with gastric pull up transposition reconstruction: a case report”.
• “Best Presentation Award” in the 9th Asia Pacific Conference of Speech, Language & Hearing 2015 (APCSLH 2015) held at Guangzhou, China, October 2015 for the paper titled “Estimation of selected aerodynamic measures in tracheoesophageal (TE) speakers: A systematic review & meta-analysis”
• Dr B M Abrol Award for Best Paper in Speech for the paper titled “ Investigation of Swallowing Function in Young Adults using the Dysphagia Handicap Index” presented at the ISHACON 2016 held at Mumbai during February, 2016.
• Best paper award for the poster “Major challenges and management options in individuals with oropharyngeal dysphagia secondary to hemiglossectomy- A case report”. at the National seminar on assessment and management of feeding and swallowing problems in children with CP – a multidisciplinary approach held in Feb 2017.
• Best Oral presentation “A Systematic Review of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures Used in Dysphagia Intervention for Head and Neck Cancer Patients Undergoing Radiation Therapy" presented at DYSPHAGIA 2023 at AIMS, Kochi. October 2023.
