title = "3D visualization and dept peeling of pulmonary vasculature and lung lesion using plain ct sequence",
abstract = "With the extensive growth of technology in the area of healthcare provides better care by better diagnosis and treatment. In the semi urban areas even today there is no invasion of recent cutting edge technology in regular practice. With low resource setting at the semi urban and rural area what better can technology do raised the intention of research in the proposed article. Plain CT scan of the lung is processed to extract the lesion and blood vessels and visualized in 3 dimensions for better diagnosis and treatment planning. Initially vessel segmentation is performed on the Lung CT and lesion detection and extraction if performed separately. Results of both are fused each other to visualize in 3 dimensions. While performing 3D volume rendering different techniques are used to better visualization of vessels and lesions. Further study would be to understand the effects of space occupying lesions on the vasculature in the lung.",
