Abstract

A low frequency oscillator required for driving the vibrating head of Electrolarynx is implemented using a low power voltage reference circuit. The employed circuit shows a stable oscillation when simulated with Cadence Virtuoso. The reference voltage circuit can be operated at 1.3 Volts and shows good temperature stability between 15°C to 30°C which will be acceptable in the situation where Electrolarynx is used.
