    Abstract

    A compact size single-port antenna is proposed to operate at V band and E band. The proposed antenna has two resonating frequencies: 61.9 GHz and 69 GHz. It satisfies the wideband with a bandwidth of 11.8 GHz when observed within the frequency range of 58 GHz to 77 GHz. The design is supported by a full ground plane. The overall dimension of the structure is 5.5 × 5 × 0.254 mm3. This antenna is suitable for 5G mobile, radio navigation, aeronautical system, and medical applications.
