Abstract
This paper proposes a two stage interactive responsive load scheduling model developed between demand response aggregator (DRA) and distribution system operator (DSO). In the first stage, DRA schedules responsive loads to minimize electricity bill of customers. For DSO two different objectives of minimizing network losses and maximizing revenue while ensuring that the electricity bill payment for DRA should not exceed electricity bill payments obtained from stage 1 is considered. The first stage is formulated as linear programming while the second stage is formulated as second order cone programming. The proposed framework is assessed using various cases on 33 bus test system.
