Abstract
Non-functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NF-PNETs) are more difficult to detect than functioning ones as they do not have a characteristic clinical syndrome, due to which patients generally present late with large primary tumours and advanced disease. We present a case of a NF-PNET, in a 75-year-old man which was detected early and excised intoto, thus achieving cure.
