N2 - This paper presents a study of the vibro-feeder and solution for the problems which rise during its control. The control of the vibro-feeder in a simplified manner depending on the required feed rate will be discussed in addition to the new types & technologies. The paper will also present an alternate design that will replace the present Mother Card and Baby Card system. The vibro-feeder is made easy for the wide range control depending up on the applications. The solutions for the problems in the present Mother Card and Baby Card system type vibro-feeder were provided in the paper.
