N2 - The Total Productive Management (TPM) is a proactive maintenance system that aims to maximize the effectiveness of the facilities available to an organization. Due to high growth and cut-throat competition among organizations in Water Bottling industry, there is a need to achieve greater productivity. To carry out thesuccessful implementation of TPM a survey of was conducted to understand the traditional workflow. Further, an empirical study was conducted at thehigh-end facility of the same Organization. Real-time data was recorded and analyzed results after the Total Productive Maintenance. Data was recorded for various parameters using the data record sheet. The average values of OEE were found to lie between the ranges of 0.14 and 0.7. The world class bench marks for Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE is .85 and for TPM is between 0.09 and 0.34.
