Analog/Digital Data Transmission using Li-Fi

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

    Abstract

The ubiquitous application of Li-Fi is precluded by the requirement of dedicated and expensive hardware. Therefore, the system is based on appearance that is being proposed in the paper. However, these systems are successfully able to transfer data but they are for only certain applications and high cost. Our aim is to transfer data accurately via both analog and digital transmission at a low cost. In this paper, we test our approach for data transfer using some amplifiers, photodetector, LED, and microcontroller for data transmission. We also developed an application for data transfer which provides an alternative to conventional EM wave communication. We demonstrate that our system can achieve a high improvement and low cost over the state of the art system.
