Abstract
Human spermatozoa are highly susceptible to undergo DNA damage. DNA integrity of spermatozoa is considered to be an important factor in governing early embryo development and establishing a healthy pregnancy. Therefore, DNA damage assessment has become an integral part of semen analysis. In this chapter, we have included images of few routinely used microscopic methods of sperm DNA damage assessment.
