Abstract

A 21-year-old with three previously failed attempts at ablation of a left lateral accessory pathway at another institution underwent electrophysiology study. The mechanism of the induced wide complex tachycardia is described. The approach to understanding the anatomic location and nature of the accessory pathway is described.
