Abstract

The recent development taking place for AI and technology has brought a huge revolution to the hotel and tourist industries, which has opened new horizons for customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and corporate expansion unimaginable by this industry earlier. This research examines the best possible ways through which the AI and the technology can be implemented successfully in these areas. It also provides an in-depth analysis of its use in altering the main aspects not only in the hospitality industry but in the tourism industry as well.
