Abstract
The chapter is developed based on the challenges witnessed in implementing this technology; the chapter provides directions on overcoming these challenges of implementation in the organization such as scalability, fork problem, privacy issues etc. The chapter also illustrate the implementation of Blockchain Technology in various domain such as Financial applications and secure transaction, Safety and security, management, community development, Internet of Things, Health Management, Industrial management, supply chain management, teaching and information management. Data collection from various resouces has been done such as EBSCO, Google Scholr, WOB, IEEE Xlpore and various other reputed online libraries. Liao method has been used in this chapter to understand the gaps in the application of Blockchain Technology.
