Abstract
Cavernomas arising from nerve roots in the cauda quina are extremely rare with less than 30 reported cases in world literature. We report a case of a 21-year old lady with a L3-4 cavernoma successfully managed by surgery thereby adding to the general fund of knowledge on this rare entity. © 2016 The Neurosurgical Foundation.
