Abstract

We report a case of chest wall swelling in a smoker which was diagnosed on CT to be bronchogenic carcinoma with contiguous spread to the chest wall, with invasion and resultant chest swelling. Bronchogenic carcinoma presenting as a chest wall mass is a rare initial presentation of the neoplastic process. Here we discuss the differential diagnosis of such chest wall swellings and tre clinical and radiological mode of differentiation and diagnosis of such masses.
