Abstract

Information security plays a crucial role in data protection. All our data is secured and protected by cryptographic algorithms. This paper aims to consider the performance of cryptographic algorithms such as AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), ElGamal, RSA (Rivest Shamir Adelman), and Hybrid Cryptography and further compare them. We have done a comparison on parameters like the CPU execution time, memory space, and encryption-decryption time for different key sizes and file sizes.
