Abstract
In this Letter, a general compensation method for finite parasitic output impedance of Gm in Gm-C lossless integrator is discussed. The use of a Gm-simulated negative resistor in series with an integrating capacitor in a lossless integrator is shown to minimise the effects of the finite output impedance of Gm-cell. The proposed method is employed in a second-order Gm-C notch filter to improve the stop-band response of the filter.
