Suicidal attempts in adults are on the rise in recent times probably due to stress. So, suicidal gesture, attempted suicide and successful suicide cases are seen every now and then in the society. For successful suicide, the person may attempt to use more than one method at a time showing their desperation to end life. Here, we present two such cases where suicidee adopted more than one method for successful suicide. In first case, 45year old male had inflicted multiple incised wounds on his forearm before hanging himself. In second case, 40year old male was found hanging and later on chemical analysis revealed organophosphates in blood.
