N2 - Advancement in the wireless communication technology paved the way to ubiquitous computing and thereby attarcting large amount of diversed users to the wireless system. These users are in need of various services from wireless networks. In order to meet their requirement, network operators are going to offer range of services to the users. Each network operator wants to maximize the revenue by increasing the number of users without compromising the promised Quality of Service (QoS). The number of users served by the system is directly controlled by the call admission controller. The controller designed intelligently to meet the ever-changing requirement of users and it plays a vital role in the system design, forcing its design in the system to be of utmost importance. Models for user class based call admission control such as partitioning model, partitioning with queuing model, threshold model, reservation model and differential access model are currently in existence. This paper proposes to integrate all of these models into a single tool named-CACTOR. The working of these models and usage of the tool for simulating these models are presented.
