Abstract
The utilization of cone beam computed tomography from endodontic perspective has been a great tool in the diagnosis of pulp and periradicular infections. The application of this tool is expanding rapidly and is been highlighted in various aspects of literature over a decade now. The objective of this paper is to scrutinize the various applications of Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in endodontics, and to highlight the need of this tool in the field of diagnosis and treatment planning of endodontic infections.
