Abstract
The formulation of controlled release NaF tablets using ethyl cellulose (EC) and Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) as matrix material is attempted for the prevention of dental caries. Micromeritic studies of granules and tablets and dissolution studies are reported here.
