Corona virus infection a metacognition from medico-legal point of view

Abstract

The caution exercised by the authorities at the midst of hue and cry created by novel corona virus infection is commendable. But the scattered events of suspected case escaping the quarantine leads to a more fundamental issue, clearly questioning about culpability of the persons in spreading infections. This paper is intended to build a clarification without being exhaustive in approach about the medico-legal point of view of recent corona virus pandemic and parameters for determining the legal culpability.
