Abstract
In India, multiple systems of medicine such as allopathy, homoeopathy, ayurveda, siddha, unani, etc are practiced. Indian law states that, a person trained and registered under a particular system of medicine should practice only that system and not the alternate system. Cross practice is mostly encountered when medication belonging to one system of medicine has a known and fast relief to a particular disease in order to retain that patient by creating a positive impression. This article is an outlook of our views in this regard.
