    Abstract

In the modern era, health monitoring is an essential day-to-day task for making a wealthy life. To maintain and enrich the process automation comes into picture. Blockchain acts as a secured system for transactions. Monitoring each patient's clinical tests and results has a separate part in healthcare systems. Documenting each patient test results are monotonous process to make that process bit efficient some techniques to be followed in maintaining them. To do this process, the proposed method will help in minimizing the duplications and avoiding confusions. This proposal will be based on both emerging techniques of computing field of automation and security. In general, blockchain technique improves the security among different transactions, which reduces duplications also. Through smart contracts, the documents can be shared using a decentralized system. To get better results though, each process leads to make efficiency on clinical results. Here a case study will be explained from which it is more useful to understand the concept of making decisions according to system development. This division will give deep insight into the intelligent system and security schema. The case study will be implemented with the blockchain techniques and algorithms which deal with an intelligent system, and an analysis will be done on the specific dataset which is mainly on the healthcare system.
