Abstract

When compared to conventional techniques, polarization microscope offers additional contrast associated to pathological condition of biomedical specimens, by revealing its polarization properties. In this regard, we have developed Stokes-Mueller based polarization imaging technique to extract the quantitative microstructural information of biological sample.
