In this paper, MobCCN is proposed, which is an ICN-consistent convention for this diverse environment. MobCCN is intended to actualize the directing and sending instruments of the principle ICN to acknowledge, for example, CCN. The first part of MobCCN is to execute an effective entrepreneurial systems administration directing plan to inhabit the forwarding interest base tables of the hubs, to control the proliferation of interest parcels to hubs that store the necessary information.
