Encapsulated piezoresistor cantilevers as affinity sensors: A review

    Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

    Abstract

Current research on gas sensing is focused on developing specifically selective materials and systems for applications ranging from diagnostics, quality control to defense. a frontrunner in devisable technology is are pizeoresistive cantilevers. In this review is presented the commonly accepted design procedures, characterization and issues associated with encapsulated pizeoresistive cantilevers as affinity sensors.
