Abstract
The presence of anatomic variations poses a challenge to the clinician. A through clinical and radiologically evaluation of the tooth along with careful exploration of the pulp chamber with various tools and magnification is essential to negotiate and locate extra canals. Evolution in diagnosis tools and instruments eases the clinician in managing such complex and clinically challenging procedures. Hence it is essential to have a knowledge of the internal and external anatomies of the canal and be aware of the possible variations present. These case reports describe the diagnosis, methods of exploration of the canals and endodontic management of various diversities in the morphology.
