Establishing evidence from practice: Can status of current practice inform future decision-making? Use and misuse of practice-based evidence in physical therapy

The aim of this editorial is to provide an insight into the understanding of the role of "practice-based evidence" within the paradigm of evidence-based practice, with implications for the profession of physical therapy in practice, education, research and administration.
