Abstract

Analysis of X-ray diffraction data of Nd0.5Sr0.5MnO3 manganites, for both unexposed and exposed to electron beam radiation, have been performed. The X-ray diffraction pattern exhibit sharp peaks which establish the crystalline nature of the samples. It is evident that the electron beam radiation does not affect the symmetry or the crystalline structure of the samples. Further, the crystallite size and lattice strain evaluated using size-strain plot method is assumed to be the best as the R2-value is better in comparison to the other methods.
