Abstract
The enhanced internet penetration and the increased usage of the facilities by travel industry floods the online arena with websites, and thus generates the urge to find out the best amongst the options and the factors determining it. The article tries to explore the optimally performing travel website in the Indian context based on the evaluation parameters highlighted by WebQualTM. The work would highlight both the leading contributors to reuse of the website as well as their interrelationship. The analysis has been done the Analytic Hierarchy Process for group decision making.
