Abstract
Neurofibroma of the tongue arising from the hypoglossal nerve is rare, but a combined neurofibroma of the hypoglossal and lingual nerve is extremely rare in the English literature to our knowledge. Here one such case is being presented for its rarity, peculiarity of its clinical presentation and the surgical approach to excise it.
