Abstract

In the present study, the cleavage and blastocyst production rates were 80% and 17.19% respectively by hand-made cloning technique which is comparable to conventional micromanipulator based somatic cell nuclear transfer. HMC is an effective alternative method for efficient production of cloned goat blastocysts.
