Abstract

In recent years, a boom in the advancements in technologies and versatility in job profiles is observed. So there is a need for efficient utilization of human resource. The study of literature in area of classification of human personalities and human resource utilization shows that the existing categories of personalities lack in justifying roles assigned to an employee in an industry. Thus there is a strong need to introduce more categories of personalities and assigning a suitable role to each personality. This motivates us to focus on personality classification and human resource management. In this paper, authors propose a model "Personality Classifier and Role Identifier". The model gathers information from users online and/or offline. It extracts behavioral parameters from the gathered information. It applies a suitable classification technique for categorizing individuals into different personalities on the basis of behavioral parameters. This information becomes useful for an industry to assign a suitable role to each personality.
