Abstract
Insulinoma is a rare clinical entity and is usually benign, single, and small in size. The hallmark of this disorder is fasting hypoglycaemia with high endogenous insulin secretion. Early localisation of the disease is essential to prevent lethal hypoglycaemia. We report a case of insulinoma in a 60-year-old female and review of diagnostic modalities to localise the tumour.
