N2 - Testicular or paratesticular adenomatoid tumors are of the more common benign swellings of the male genital tract. Although benign, they prove a challenge to diagnose clinically, and thereafter treat appropriately. Often, an adenomatoid tumor can be mistaken for a testicular malignancy, causing a patient to undergo an orchidectomy. As testis sparing surgery can be performed in these patients, it is essential to establish the benignity of the tumor preoperatively, which is a difficult task. We present such a case with literature review, where in an intratesticular parenchymal adenomatoid tumor is a rare occurrence.
