Abstract
We demonstrate the utility of polarization-resolved second harmonic generation (P-SHG) microscopy for investigating osteoarthritis (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This technique enhances contrast, aiding in the differentiation between normal and diseased tissues.
