Abstract

Today, Ayurveda is common in both developed and developing countries. It may be because of the safety, benefits and low cost of Ayurvedic products. Some issues facing Ayurveda are the lack of a market structure, lack of research and lack of standardization of marketed products. What is much needed are evidence based health care strategies, services and teaching. This paper deals with the marketing and promotion of Ayurveda.
