    Abstract

An attempt was made to develop transdermal iontophoretic system of Ketorolac Tromethamine. The plasma concentration profiles of the ketorolac transdermal delivery were compared with that of the orally administered drug. The study was conducted in healthy human volunteers and the blood samples were analysed using HPL method, using diclofenac sodium as the internal standard.
