    Abstract

Underwater wireless sensor networks (UWSNs) are one of the growing areas of research. Due to the rough behavior of water, it is difficult to explore much. One of the major problems is related to battery lifetime. Replacement of battery is very difficult due to the rough behavior of the sea. To overcome the problem energy harvesting techniques can be used. It uses the centralized power management system along with a power bank in cluster head. Centralized power management system will update the status of all the power banks. Intermediate power banks will give their energy to the power banks, which have distances from power management system for transmission. Energy and data is transmitted together. Data and energy will be sent simultaneously using the method of magnetic induction. It offers a simulation framework for the evaluation of solar energy harvesting and energy management in UWSNs. A novel energy management system (EMS) is designed, which distributes the harvested solar energy among the wireless power banks in a clustered UWSN environment. The system simulates node deployment, cluster formation, and energy consumption for data transmission and reception to ensure efficient power utilization across wireless networks. Possible applications include environmental monitoring, underwater exploration, and disaster management, which require reliable energy sources for network operation over longer periods.
