Detailed report of laboratory investigation carried out on tiles made from traditional tile earth and admixture like waste lateritic soil from Laterite quarry, industrial waste likes iron ore tailings, and pond ash is presented. From this investigation it is concluded that quality-roofing tiles can be manufactured by blended earth, using less quantity of scarcely available good tile earth.
