Abstract

In this paper, the integrated optical Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (IO-MZI) is designed for Biosensing application. A sensor arm with optical sensor with a liquid core waveguide in one of the optical path is considered for a Mach-Zehnder Interferometer. In this work an Integrated optical Mach-Zehnder Interferometeric biosensor is proposed for Rapid diagnostic test (RDT). The design of IO-MZI is done using COMSOL software.
