N2 - A rotorcraft UAV, adaptable for diverse applications, faces design challenges in tailoring quadcopters for purposes ranging from surveillance to heavy-lift operations. The quadcopter, characterized by its four-rotor configuration, offers simplicity, stability, and agility. The structural design of its body frame is crucial, serving as the foundation for integrity, resilience, weight distribution, and stability. This study employs Fusion 360 and ANSYS Workbench for comprehensive design and finite element analysis of seven quadcopter frame configurations, all utilizing Aluminum 6061. Rigorous assessments, including static, dynamic, and modal analyses, inform the selection of the optimal frame design in terms of structural integrity and efficiency.
