N2 - Blockchain technology is revolutionizing pharmaceutical supply chains by enhancing security, efficiency, and transparency. By utilizing a decentralized ledger, blockchain ensures the integrity and immutability of data, safeguarding the authenticity of pharmaceutical products throughout the supply chain. Smart contracts automate administrative processes, streamlining operations and reducing costs. This study explores the potential benefits of blockchain in pharmaceutical supply chains, including improved traceability, counterfeit prevention, and enhanced supply chain visibility. While challenges such as interoperability and regulatory compliance exist, the potential advantages of blockchain are significant. By collaborating and implementing blockchain solutions, stakeholders can contribute to advancing healthcare delivery on a global scale. This research study proposes a blockchain-based system using Hyperledger Fabric, designed to enable continuous monitoring and tracking of pharmaceutical products. The testing phase has validated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed system.
