In India, homosexuality is not directly targeted by law. However, it is indirectly regulated by Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (I.P.C), which makes the act of carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal an offence. Herein, an attempt is made to review this legal content with useful suggestions put forward.
